About this notice

This is the personal music website of ENOSYS the Sweeping Monk. This notice covers information handled when you visit enosysmonk.com and the preferences saved in your browser.

This site does not use advertising trackers or build visitor profiles.

Delivery, security, and performance

This site uses Cloudflare to deliver pages and protect against malicious traffic. Cloudflare processes network information, including IP addresses and request information, to provide these services.

Cloudflare’s real user monitoring (RUM) is also enabled. A script running in your browser sends Cloudflare information such as the page URL, referring page, and loading performance to help assess site usage and speed. According to Cloudflare, this measurement script does not use cookies or read browser storage such as your saved preferences.

For details, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and RUM documentation.

Browser preferences

Your language, light or dark appearance, and preferred music service are saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) so you do not have to select them again on each visit. The site’s scripts do not upload these settings to the server. You can remove them by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Server logs and backups

The origin server’s routine access logging is disabled. Error logs are used for troubleshooting and security; they may contain IP addresses and details of the requests involved.

Error logs are cleared from time to time, with no fixed deletion schedule. Server snapshots are retained for one year, so copies of error logs may remain in those backups after the working logs are cleared. This describes the origin server’s records, separately from Cloudflare’s processing described above.

This site links to music services and social platforms, such as Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and Instagram. These are ordinary links, rather than embedded players or social widgets. When you follow a link, the destination service handles your information according to its own privacy policy.
